FEE: $80.00 (including GST) — comprising a $30.00 deposit per key (refunded on return to BAPL) plus a $50.00 administration charge.
Payment is required at the time of lodging this application. All sections of this form must be fully completed before a Gate Key will be issued.

4. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

In consideration of being granted a Gate Key, I agree to release and indemnify Bankstown Airport Pty Limited (BAPL), its officers and employees and any persons providing assistance to BAPL in relation to all claims for damage.

I have personally read the Airside Safety Book and agree to fulfil all the safety requirements as set out in such and I undertake to instruct any other of my company personnel using this Gate Key in the same.

I understand the Gate Key is for the sole use of the applicant and/or the applicant's company personnel and must not be transferred to any other person/company and must be returned to BAPL when the applicant no longer requires the key.

I understand that this Gate Key is valid ONLY for Bankstown Airport and that I am not permitted airside at any other airport without appropriate authorisation.

The Gate Key holder acknowledges that BAPL may cancel or suspend this Authority at any time.
