Aeria Management Group (AMG) is developing a new mixed-use project at Bankstown Airport to support the community, families, airport operators and local businesses. The development, in the growth area of South-West Sydney, presents first-class and diverse leasing opportunities for a range of businesses and essential care providers.

The site
The development will be on vacant commercial land on the northern periphery of the airport precinct, between Birdwood Road and Link Road. Community and business services will be accessed via Birdwood Road, and the warehouses via Link Road.
The project will feature more than 200 car/vehicle parking spaces, substantial landscaping and greenery, and new and extended footpaths and cycleways to encourage active transport. Sustainability initiatives include on-site solar energy, water recycling, and energy-efficient lighting and hot water.
Timing
The Major Development Plan was approved by the Commonwealth Government in September 2025. Construction is expected to commence in mid-2026 and take about 12-18 months to complete.
